1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SHSAdvisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use SHSAdvisor for personal, non-commercial guidance regarding Senior High School placement. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the proprietary AI recommendation logic.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
- Use the platform to submit fraudulent data or spam.
3. Disclaimer
SHSAdvisor is an AI-powered guidance tool only. The recommendations provided are based on available data and historical placement rules but do not guarantee actual placement by the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) or the Ghana Education Service (GES). Final placement is determined solely by official government bodies.
4. Limitations
In no event shall BoldTech ICT Solutions or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of placement or academic opportunity) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SHSAdvisor.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
